  • Personalised running programming – subscription based.
  • Generic beginner running programs.
  • Training tips and guides.
  • Educational content around fuelling / nutrition.

2.2. All services are provided according to the description provided on the website at the time of purchase. Which is subject to change at any time.

3. Registration and Account

3.1. To access certain features of the website or to purchase our services, you may be required to register for an account.

3.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1. Payments for our services are due at the time of purchase, or continually as per subscription details.

4.2 Subscription services are to be paid on time, weekly.

4.3 Subscription services are a direct debit system, which automatically deducts the required value from bank accounts on the due date.

4.3 Subscription services entail a 4-week lock-in period, in which cancellation is not feasible. Once the 4-week period is complete, and 4 payments have been actioned, cancellations can occur at any time.

4.4 No refunds are guaranteed. Individual refund request cases will be reviewed on a per case basis.

4.5 Refunds are NOT approved for change of mind.

5. User Conduct
