Refund policy

Payments and Refunds:

- Payments for our services are due at the time of purchase, or continually as per subscription details.

- Subscription services are to be paid on time, weekly. 

- Subscription services are a direct debit system, which automatically deducts the required value from bank accounts on the due date.

- Subscription services entail a 4-week lock-in period, in which cancellation is not feasible. Once the 4-week period is complete, and 4 payments have been actioned, cancellations can occur at any time. 

- No refunds are guaranteed. Individual refund request cases will be reviewed on a per case basis. 

- Refunds are NOT approved for change of mind.
